Yellow Tail Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, plum and cherry flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

Inviting, ripe red fruits with hints of plum, raspberry, cherry, and a touch of spice. A mix of dark and red fruit flavours, including blackberry, plum, and blackcurrant. Some notes indicate subtle vanilla or oak influences. Soft, smooth, and, in some variations, a velvety, medium-bodied structure.

Koala Moon Cabernet Sauvignon NV

Enchanting tones of violet, cassis and a hint of dark chocolate in Koala Moon Cabernet Sauvignon. Pair it with succulent duck, tender goose or game dishes.

Deep purple in colour and intrigue, this wine enchants with powerful aromas of blackberry and dark plum. Unmistakably a South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a soft yet compelling tannin profile. The palate has a bounty of fruit weight balanced by oak flavours of vanilla and mocha.

Gardian Cabernet Merlot 2022

A beautiful intense colour with deep purple reflections. It gives complex aromas of red fruits such as blueberry and wild strawberry, accompanied by some sweet spices. Rich and delicious on the palate, these aromas are mingled with chocolate and roasted notes.
