Appearance

Pale straw with subtle green tinges at the edge — light and clean in the glass, showing its youth and crispness.

Nose

A delicate yet expressive bouquet: lime juice and lemon peel drive the nose, joined by spring blossom (jasmine / acacia) and a whisper of talc or slate minerality. There are hints of honeysuckle and a fine, almost chalky texture to the aroma.

Palate

Crisp and dry with a taut citrus core: lemon and lime flavours dominate, supported by a clean mineral edge and a thread of spice (white pepper / subtle pith) beneath. The fruit is bright but held in check by racy acidity and a steely structure. There is a creamy texture noted in some reviews, adding weight without heaviness.
