Winery Tasting Notes

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Expressive red to dark plum and liquorice scents are trailed by a mix of vanillin cedar, fennel, clove and peppered meats. Mid weighted, supple and amply endowed with rich red to dark fruits, delicious red to dark plum, liquorice and blueberry flavours meld into subtly smoked vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered dried meat characters. Very refined in its feel with polished tannins and a long spicy aftertaste brimming with freshness.

Drink over the next 5-6 years.
