An excellent example of McLaren Vale Shiraz from Paxton Vineyards old vines and artfully structured by Kym Tolley from Penley Estate. The Shiraz has a spicy nose, ripe and rich palate and is full bodied with some earthy notes, a hint of eucalypt and warm ripe prune flavours typical of the region. A full bodied Shiraz sourced from one of McLaren Vale’s premium vineyards.
