Winemaking: Grapes were picked at optimal ripeness from early to late March 2024. They were promptly pressed under dry ice cover, retaining only the free-run juice, which was clarified to maximize aromatic potential and purity. A cool fermentation lasting approximately two weeks was carefully monitored.

Aroma: This wine presents typical varietal aromas of gooseberry, jalapeño chili pepper, fresh garden peas, and wasabi, all supported by a core of zesty citrus fruit.

Palate: Dry and mineral-driven with a chalky texture, the palate is filled with juicy citrus fruit flavors of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, as well as white stone fruit. The racy acidity extends the palate, creating tension and vibrancy.
