Winery Tasting Notes

Aroma: Scented and highly perfume-forward. It leads with a delicate bouquet of fresh nashi pear, white peach, honeysuckle, and rose petals, complexed by faint undertones of musk, lychee, and ginger.

Palate & Texture: Fleshy, rich, and robust in true Alsatian style. Ripe tree fruits like crisp red apple, guava, and stone fruit flood the palate. A portion of the grapes undergoes co-fermentation with a small dash (around 3%) of Gewürztraminer to naturally elevate its unctuous, silky mouthfeel.

Finish: It finishes completely dry with a gentle warmth of clean alcohol, a faint copper tinge in the glass, and a subtle phenolic "grip" or quartz-pebble minerality that elongates the finish.
