Deep oxblood red in colour.

Aroma

The 2008 Mitchelton Shiraz shows intense black cherry and plum fruit aromas, with intriguing hints of cinnamon, roasting coffee and star anise.

Palate

Generous layers of forest fruits, plum pudding, mulberry and milk chocolate fill the palate. The finish is rich and satisfying with seamless oak integration and supple, earthy tannins.
