Winery Tasting Notes
This wine is the first Coonawarra Shiraz released under Petaluma’s White label.
The 2019 Shiraz is a medium bodied, bright and vibrant wine with red berry fruit aromas with a hint of milk chocolate. This flows onto the plate with an abundance of soft silky tannins and a classic earthiness typical of the region.
Enjoy now with slow cooked lamb shanks and hearty gravy, however the wine will reward up to ten years of careful cellaring.
