COLOUR Dark ruby with a purple hue. NOSE Fresh dark berry aromas with a light cherry lift. PALATE This Central Otago Pinot Noir is silky smooth on the mid-palate, with a fine and refreshing ripe tannin finish. FOOD MATCH Pinot Noir is easy to please when it comes to pairing with food. Successfully interweaving practical, in the vineyard workwith university studies, Andrew completed his Bachelor of Appl. Sci(Wine Science) at University of Adelaide in 1990. Nominated in August1999 as a finalist in AGT Wine Magazine's Winemaker of the Year award, Andrew is highly respected for his effortless winemaking style,restrained hand in the winery and engaging manner.
