Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance

Pale straw with green highlights; bright and youthful.

Nose

Fresh and lifted aromas of green apple, nectarine and citrus peel. Subtle hints of oatmeal, lemongrass and light vanilla add complexity, with a clean, fruit-driven profile.

Palate

Medium-bodied and vibrant. Flavours of apple confit, lemon pith and stone fruit are complemented by delicate herbal notes and a touch of Earl Grey tea. The style leans towards freshness rather than richness, with minimal oak influence.

Texture & Structure

Crisp, linear acidity drives the wine, giving it a clean and refreshing mouthfeel. Light to medium weight with a subtle textural element and good balance between fruit and structure.

Finish

Dry and refreshing with lingering citrus, apple skin and a faint savoury note.
