Appearance: Pale straw to light gold, bright and clear.

Nose: Lifted aromas of elderflower, lemon zest, dried pineapple, citrus blossom and raspberry coulis.

Palate: Sweet-fruited and vibrant, showing candied orange, lemon rind, mixed lolly notes, star fruit and candied mandarin peel.

Texture & Structure: Light to medium-bodied, fresh acidity balances the sweetness well, giving a clean and lively feel.
