Appearance

Pale straw with bright lemon hues, suggesting a cool-climate style with freshness and lift.

Nose

Floral and expressive. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and grapefruit layered with citrus zest, lime granita and subtle ginger spice. Light oak influence adds hints of brioche and a faint smoky (“gun smoke”) nuance.

Palate

Fresh and focused with a strong citrus core. Flavours of lemon curd, grapefruit pith and stone fruit drive an intense yet balanced palate. Subtle oak and lees work contribute texture, with light brioche complexity supporting the fruit.

Texture & Structure

Medium-bodied with vibrant acidity. Fine, chalky phenolics provide grip and structure, while a creamy mid-palate (from lees ageing) adds roundness without heaviness.

Finish

Pithy, chalky and refreshing. Lingering citrus, jasmine blossom and mineral notes deliver a clean, mouthwatering finish
