Winery Tasting Notes
This is our sixth vintage of the Reserve style that unashamedly draws inspiration from the great wines of Graves in Bordeaux. Layered and complex, with flavours of honey, citrus and lanolin woven into a structure well supported by fine French oak inputs. Bottle maturation is the key here – time for all these wonderful components to come together as one.

For those that love aged whites. This wine is typical of a Semillon dominant blend. At 6 years of age its showing the distinct toasted honey characters exhibited by aged Semillon. A wine of great complexity and depth of flavour it still has some time before its fully matured.
