Deep crimson. Intense dark plum, blackberry pastille, dark cherry, dark chocolate, hint marzipan aromas. Classical, generous and round with dark plum, dark cherry fruits, fresh chalky / hint grippy textures and underlying marzipan vanilla oak notes. Lovely weight, texture and flow with a crispy finish. Delicious to drink now. 63% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon 17% Grenache.

'vibrant crunchy fruit flavours....'

It’s an interesting combination – Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Grenache – but it works. In fact, it works really well. The combination of older French and some concrete tank maturation has contributed to its velvety feel. Showing cherry and blackberry nuances, it is lighter-bodied and a terrific wine for drinking in the short term with all those vibrant crunchy fruit flavours.

TOME is bright, fresh and intended for earlier drinking. Bright, dark, crimson in colour. Aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, violets. Medium-weight. On the palate, dark berry fruits- mulberry, blackberry, cassis. Clove spice. Satiny texture, teamed with food-friendly fresh acidity.
