Blonde Crow is a low intervention, family run label from the Great Southern region. The project is headed by Bridget Berry, Gavin and Gill's daughter. What started as a concept during her university internship has evolved into some delicious wines that follow the minimal intervention winemaking style. Characterised by fun, alternative varieties or uncommon blends, the range of wines are bright and approachable.

Winery Tasting Notes

A light apricot in colour, slightly opaque. Exotic aromas of lychee and guava , with attractive floral characters of jasmine , pear blossom and honeysuckle. Well weighted from the Pinot Gris component, the palate is much tighter than the nose suggests. The upfront exotic fruit characters are well balanced by the acidity and the touch of drying astringency from the period of skin contact which has resulted in a really interesting and very delicious wine.
