Winery Tasting Notes

This year's Rose has a rich salmon pink colour with an attractive pink gold lustre. Prettily perfumed with subtle floral characters, a light baked cheesecake aroma and a hint of incense/potpourri adding complexity. Really good palate weight and mouth feel, it's very textural rather than being fruity. There's a hint of dried strawberry on the palate which is beautifully balanced by the very gentle tannins which give a light touch of dryness on the finish. Delicious on its own or with a light flavoured meal.
