Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance

Bright ruby red with youthful purple hues. Clear and vibrant in the glass, showing excellent brightness and freshness.

Nose

Expressive and lifted aromas of black cherry, dark plum, currant and wild berries. Floral notes of lavender are complemented by dried herbs, mint, subtle earthy nuances and gentle spice from oak maturation.

Palate

A vibrant, fruit-driven Pinot Noir delivering juicy cherry, blackberry and plum flavours. Layers of dried herbs, savoury earth, mushroom and subtle clove spice add complexity. The fruit remains the focus, supported by bright Central Otago acidity and excellent freshness.

Texture & Structure

Medium-bodied with silky, fine-grained tannins and a smooth, supple mouthfeel. The wine shows impressive balance between ripe fruit concentration, acidity and structure, making it approachable now while possessing the framework for further bottle development
