Pale straw with light green hues, bright and clear in the glass.

Nose

Classic Marlborough aromatics with gooseberry, lime zest, passionfruit, grapefruit, fresh-cut herbs and subtle grassy notes. Some reviews also note snow pea, green apple and flinty mineral nuances.

Palate

Light to medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a crisp, refreshing profile. Flavours of citrus, tropical fruit, green apple and white peach are supported by mineral freshness and a clean, dry finish.

Texture & Structure

Bright, zesty acidity drives the wine, while lees ageing gives a slight textural softness and mid-palate weight uncommon at this price point. Stainless steel fermentation preserves freshness and purity.
