The 2024 Fire Gully Chardonnay from Margaret River, Western Australia, presents an aromatic bouquet with notes of lavender, lemon zest, and ripe quince. On the palate, it offers vibrant tropical fruit flavors complemented by subtle oak influences, resulting in a creamy texture balanced by finely tuned acidity. This wine pairs excellently with seafood or grilled chicken dishes.

Winery Profile

Our small boutique property is located in the heart of Margaret River’s renowned Willyabrup sub-region; exceptional grape-growing country that today is home to some of the finest wines in Australia.

Situated in Western Australia’s deep southwest at latitude 34°south, Willyabrup boasts a pristine, virtually pollution-free environment and gentle Mediterranean-maritime climate, making the region ideal for the production of fine wines.

Fire Gully is in the vanguard of premier wineries in the region and consistently produces vibrant, fruit-driven wines of great elegance and style. A family run vineyard with a focus on quality and value, our range is enjoyed throughout Australia and overseas, and offers quintessentially Margaret River red and white styles.

Dr Michael Peterkin of Pierro purchased the nearby Fire Gully property in 1998 and now manages the vineyard, which is also one of the most beautiful and unique properties on the Cape.Attentive, hands-on viticulture and years of experience in the winery has taught us how to create the best wines from high-grade fruit coming in from the vines.During vintage fruit is hand picked, hand sorted, and undergoesgentle treatment and processing in the winery. All Fire Gully wines are hand crafted by the highly respected and experienced team at our nearby sister winer, Pierro. The result is a selection of classic Margaret River wines. We recommend you enjoy Fire Gully wines with your favorite food in the company of good friends.
