Winery Tasting Notes

Aroma: A complex blend of licorice, spice, chocolate, and tobacco, complemented by toasty and "coconutty" oak notes. Some critics also note secondary characters of savory meats, game, and coffee.

Palate: Described as tight and linear with fine, grippy tannins and bright fruit. It is a full-bodied wine featuring layers of dark berries, plum, and cocoa, balanced by a persistent acidity that provides structure for long-term evolution.
