More fruit than many a neighbour, with gushing blackcurrant, plum and blueberry corralled by seams of nicely managed sage and tapenade-doused tannins. The acidity, bright. The oak well handled. Otherwise, eminently drinkable and good across the mid-term.

Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance: Rich crimson core with purple hints.

Aroma: Lifted nose with dark cherries and hints of chocolate.

Palate: A medium bodied cabernet with lots of dark fruits and cassis at the core. Savoury notes of green leaf and some earthiness balance the palate with dusty tannins providing a lingering finish.

Summary: A vibrant, fresh style of Cabernet that is drinking well now, but also has the depth of flavour to age gracefully in the medium term.
