Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep ruby red with vibrant clarity.

Aromas: Expect classic Coonawarra Cabernet notes—blackcurrant, mint, and subtle eucalyptus, with hints of cedar and tobacco leaf adding complexity.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with fine tannins and a balanced structure. Flavours of dark berries, plum, and earthy undertones are complemented by a touch of oak spice. The wine shows elegance and restraint, with a smooth finish.
