The Idée Fixe winery is a dedicated site, that is fully equipped, and one of only a handful of its kind in Australia. The in-house facilities allow for complete control over pressing, fermentation, tirage, secondary fermentation and bottle ageing, riddling, disgorgement and labelling. The finest equipment has been selected to deliver the ultimate in quality.
