Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance

Pale straw with a fine, persistent mousse and bright luminosity.

Nose

Expressive aromas of fresh grape, white peach, elderflower and citrus blossom, with hints of pear and sweet herbs.

Palate

Light, vibrant and gently sweet, showing flavours of muscat grape, peach, lemon zest and honeyed florals. The natural low alcohol and soft fizz create a refreshing, playful palate.

Our family has got a passion: wine.

It started in 1930s when Giuseppe, named Pin, bought vineyards and farmhouses around Langhe and began delivering his wine in the valleys around Cuneo and in Liguria, using his wagon with horse.

In the sixties Aldo, still very young, begins working with his father, side by side, in the cellar and in deliveries, creating working relationships and friendship that continue still today.

In the 80s Gianfranca and Luigi, Aldo’s wife and brother, entered in the company.

Continuing on this road, new partnerships are established and our wines also gain foreign markets, from the United States to Japan, from Canada to China to all over Europe.

Today Aldo, Gianfranca and their daughters, Luisa and Paola, together with capable group of people, continue with passion this tradition, focusing on the quality of the product, the protection of the land and the desire to continue a family history started many years ago.
