Thank you for purchasing the Excalibur Hanging Egg Chair at the GraysOnline Melbourne Home Show. You have been able to purchase from our upcoming 2017 Outdoor Furniture and Barbecue range before it officially goes on sale.

The Excalibur Hanging Egg Chair that you have purchased will be available for collection from our Knoxfield, VIC Warehouse from Early September 2016. We will be in contact with you as soon as the stock becomes available.

Collection

This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pick up date and time: Pick up is available by advance booking only once Grays have contacted you by email by Early September to confirm that the product is now available. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to collection by contacting Unitrans on (02) 8822 8822.

Pick up location: Warehouse B, 2/20 Henderson Road KNOXFIELD VIC 3180

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please note:

  • GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
  • Items must be inspected before removal from the store as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
  • Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of, please see our GraysOnline User Agreement for more information.
