It has been carefully crafted to showcase each variety to give balance, depth, interest and harmony with these two varieties. With combinations of red berry, dark berry fruits, mixed spice and fruit cake notes, This wine is a conversation on your palate.

Peter Lehmann Layers Red 2021

The colour is a vibrant red with a burst of dark cherry and spice on the bouquet leading to a softly textured finish. Shiraz delivers fruit depth and structure, while the Tempranillo is firm and savoury. Mourvèdre brings a wild earthiness and all are bound together by the aromatic and spicy nature of Grenache which softens the palate.

St Hallett Gamekeeper Shiraz displays lifted and pretty notes of lively purple fruit characters with a delicate hint of violets. Pure red fruits dominate on the palate, with lifted spices of cinnamon.
