Deep ruby purple. Mulberry, dark plums, spice and mocha. A versatile wine that can be enjoyed with food or on Its own. Rich and round with vibrancy, a generous mid palate with plenty of black fruits and spice, finishing with soft tannins.

St Hallett Gamekeepers Shiraz 2022

Lifted and pretty with lively raspberry and plum fruit characters with a hint of violets. Vibrant juicy red and blue fruits flow across the palate with subtle yet delicious spices of cinnamon and nutmeg. Velvet soft tannins coat the palate with an acid balance that lifts the fruit.

Peter Lehmann The Bond Grenache 2021

A youthful dark purple colour with bright crimson edge. Displaying aromas of fresh blueberries, nutmeg and spice with a medium-bodied palate, exhibiting flavours of ripe raspberry and pomegranate jam, with soft tannins and a lovely Turkish delight savoury finish.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, pork, mature and hard cheese, poultry and blue cheese.

Peter Lehmann 'Layers' is a unique red wine blend of Shiraz, Mourvèdre, Tempranillo and Grenache, that delivers a highly enjoyable journey of discovery for the senses in each and every glass. The Shiraz delivers fruit depth and structure, combining beautifully with the wild earthy notes of Mourvèdre, which meld seamlessly with the savoury characteristics of Tempranillo and the aromatics and spiciness of the Grenache to complete and soften the palate of this multi-dimensional wine.

Lush velvety and mouth-filling, the Barossa Shiraz has a vibrant palate of dark berry fruits and cherry with a touch of dark chocolate and subtle oak.Deep ruby red. Cherry, plum and dark chocolate with coffee beans and vanillin oak. Full-bodied with dark berries, subtle toasty oak and smooth tannins. Grilled T-bone steak with roasted potatoes, vegan mushroom Bourguignon.

Bright purple hues with a core of garnet red. Lifted ripe purple cherries, savoury herbs and spices dominate the nose. The palate is smooth and silky with raspberry, violet flower and a hint of dried sage.
