Burns Fuller Cabernet

A fragrant, aromatic nose that personifies Coonawarra, showing complexing characters of black fruits, graphite and vital, spicy oak. The palate is medium to full bodied and almost claret like with its grippy but integrated tannins, ensuring a long finish.

Black Barrel Cabernet

Richly flavoured Cabernet, packed with dark berried fruit, blood plum and chocolate flavours. Tobacco and wood subtle but present, offering a full mouthfeel and lengthy finish.

Hogshead Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The palate is generous with flavours of blackberry, plum, cocoa, and clove, supported by a solid structure and fine-grained tannins, often with a gentle oak influence. Some vintages may also exhibit hints of espresso, chocolate, scorched earth, and lavender.
