Koala Moon Shiraz boasts a deep red hue with a black core. Its enticing aroma carries hints of charcoal-infused chocolate complemented by notes of dark plum and indulgent mocha. On the palate, this wine delights with smooth, velvety tannins and opulent fruit, culminating in a rich satisfying finish. Pair with roast beef, casseroles, beef and game pies or aged cheddar for an excusive match.

Burns Fuller Cabernet 2021

A fragrant, aromatic nose that personifies Coonawarra, showing complexing characters of black fruits, graphite and vital, spicy oak. The palate is medium to full bodied and almost claret like with its grippy but integrated tannins, ensuring a long finish.

Bleeding Heart Shiraz 2024

A bright, lifted nose of plush red fruits, chocolate and subtle spices. The palate is rich with flavours of cherry, blackberry and firm tannins.

This Shiraz will pair well with Chargrilled steak Lamb and fennel merguez sausages Beef stir-fry with snow peas and Bok choy.

One Good Turn Australia Merlot 2022

Vibrant red berries jump out of the glass. The palate is rich with raspberry and mulberry fruits, soft tannins frame the fruit.
