If you didn’t know otherwise, you might think red fruits have joined the black, or viognier or raspberries (wild or cultivated). James Halliday.
Winery Tasting Notes
Colour: Vibrant, dense crimson with a purple hue.
Aroma: Rich black fruits, earth, pepper and mixed spices with fragrances of lavender.
Palate: Black and red fruits with cocoa, pepper, spices and fragrant violet perfumes. Medium bodied, but with a fruit richness. Firm lingering tannins and our cool climate acid profile ensure this will become a timeless classic example of a Mount Langi Ghiran Shiraz.
