Appearance

Pale gold colour in the glass — indicative of a rich, cool-climate Chardonnay with some oak influence.

Nose

Aromas show intense, spicy and mineral notes underpinned by tight-grained French oak.

Expect ripe stone fruit elements layered with subtle oak spices and complexity from extended barrel ferment and lees time.

Palate

Rich and complex on the palate with a broad fruit core and depth.
