Appearance

Pale straw with youthful green hues; bright and clear.

Nose

Lifted stone fruit—white peach, nectarine and honeydew melon—supported by citrus (lemon curd) and subtle tropical hints. Gentle oak influence adds toasted almond, nutmeg and creamy buttery notes, with a faint flinty/mineral edge.

Palate

Fresh and fruit-driven with peach and nectarine at the core. Citrus elements (lemon zest) bring lift, while light oak adds biscuit, almond and a touch of vanilla. Clean and balanced with good varietal expression.

Texture & Structure

Medium-bodied with a soft, rounded mid-palate from partial oak maturation and lees work. Creamy texture balanced by crisp, mineral acidity.
