Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance

Pale straw with green highlights; bright and youthful with excellent clarity.

Nose

Highly aromatic and lifted. Intense citrus spectrum—lime juice, lemon zest and grapefruit—layered with orange blossom, talc and flinty minerality. Early bottle development adds hints of toast and classic kerosene complexity.

Palate

Dry, precise and tightly wound. Lime and lemon dominate, with green apple and subtle floral notes. Mineral drive is strong, giving a linear, focused profile. Secondary honey and toast characters begin to emerge with air.

Texture & Structure

Light-bodied yet intensely flavoured. High, racy acidity provides structure and longevity. Bone dry with a fine, chalky phenolic line and pronounced mineral backbone.

Finish

Long, clean and mouth-watering. Lingering citrus, slate and saline notes with persistent acidity.
