Appearance

Deep crimson to rich dark red with purple hues – very classic Barossa Shiraz in colour.

Nose

Rich and fragrant with ripe dark fruits like plum and blackberry, layered with dark chocolate, coffee and warm spice notes. Subtle cedar and earthy spice add complexity.

Palate

Full-bodied and opulent, showing plush dark plum and blackberry fruit, mocha and spice. Oak integration is smooth, with hints of vanillin and subtle earthiness.

Texture & Structure

Velvety tannins and good weight on the palate, giving a generous mouthfeel without harshness. Balanced acidity supports the rich fruit.
