Winery Tasting Notes
Complex aromas of flint and struck match combined with lively fresh white peach and citrus blossom. As the wine opens layers of nougat and cashew evolve. A generous and appealing core of ripe white peach fruit is immediately evident on the palate. Textural and moreish, the acid profile perfectly in balance leaving the mouth-watering for more. Hints of cashew, nougat and hazelnut linger for a complex and lengthy finish.
Another fantastic release adding to the provenance of this wine. Our Lenswood site is proving to be exceptionally well suited to consistently producing chardonnay of a very high quality. Drink now and over next 5-8 years.
