Alsacian wine is all about aromas. Floral and peachy smells fly out of the glass and many of the wines are unctuous enough to pair nicely with savory fowl, like roast quail. Alsace wines give the tingle of brilliant

acidity but also offer a rich texture from moderate alcohol. The producers in Alsace rely on a balance of ripeness and alcohol to fill out the flavor.

Winery Tasting Notes

Rich and full on the palate –an extended finish of fruity notes, showing a clean minerality and citrus. This sparkling wine is produced according to the Charmat process by second natural fermentation in cuveclose. The basis wines are carefully selected and treated before fermentation. Then they receive an addition of sugar and yeasts which will create the sparkling of the wine by chemic reaction. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and then put in bottle.
