Primitivo from a small vineyard parcel in the heart of the superior Manduria D.O.C. in Southern Italy. This is a fine example of primitivo: full-bodied, jammy with tones of chocolate and raisins. Those that love fruity but bold wines will not be disappointed.

Winery Tasting Notes
In the glass this wine projects a deep ruby red with purple reflections which fade nice to ruby hues at the edge.
With aromas that are both rich and complex, with intense fruit flavours of cherry jam and berries and pleasant spicy notes to create an exciting bouquet which jumps from the glass.
The palate is equally as intense and full bodied, with soft tannins, it is well structured and balanced, with notes of cacao and vanilla on the finish.
