Details:
  • Leveller, 3 over 4 roll, Designed for removing coil set;
  • Pre Punching Station, Adjustable infeed guides, Stop to punch, incorporating punching heads controlled for position and quantity;
  • Rollforming machine, 17 stage, chain driven design, Rolls manufactured from 40GR/GCR 15 material CNC turned, Polished and hard chrome plated. Sections changed using pre machined spacers-shaft diameter 75mm, Machined and polished. Drive 15kw, toll speed 12m/min;
  • Hydraulic Cut Off Stop to cut post cut, 3kw pump, interchangeable tools, 4 sets;
  • Control System, Encoder driven PLC based controlling punch position cut off, Length and quantity. Operated by a touch screen, length tolerance +/- 2mm, Speed control by programmable inverter;
  • Run Out, 6m roller conveyor. Work area including 6m run out 18m x 2m approximately.
