1988 is the elegance that becomes wine, a pure aglianico macerated for 6 hours at cold tempera-
ture, then softly pressed with a short contact on the skins to extract only a minimum of colors, ele-
gant and refined aromas. Rosé with a Provencal color, but which speaks of all of Cilento.
