You ‘ll know even before you take your first sip, Sweet Caroline is just what you’ve been looking for!

Winemaking: Seeking bright sweet-fruited berries in the vineyard for 100% hand-picking and hand-sorting before whole bunch pressing to 100% stainless steel for fermentation. The wine is cool fermented and ceased just prior to dryness. The wine spends a short period on lees to build mouth-feel and flavour complexity before being bottled.
