Enter the Postcode of the property where Your Commercial Plant is to be installed into the above calculator to view an estimate of the Installation & Component Costs that will apply to Your purchase. The Installation & Component Costs apply to any purchase made through this Sale.

The calculator will also show You how many STCs it is estimated Your Installed Commercial System will be eligible for, if installed within 90 days of purchase. If You are Eligible to receive STCs (Federal Government Solar Credits) from Installation of Your Plant, and assign the STCs to Q2 Solar, no additional charges will apply for Standard Installation of Your Commercial Plant. Extra Charges may apply if You don’t meet Eligibility criteria or have Non-Standard Requirements

You must pay 10% of the Total Price as listed in the Calculator to GraysOnline immediately upon purchase. The balance of the Total Price as listed in the Calculator along with GST must be paid to GraysOnline within 14 days from receipt of the Final Invoice issued by Q2 Solar. You must also pay to Q2 Solar any Extra Charges in the Final Invoice issued by Q2 Solar within 14 days from receipt of the Final Invoice unless otherwise stated in the Q2 Solar Invoice.

Installation & Component Costs

Payable by each Winning Bidder upon Purchase. See Q2 Solar Calculator (above) – This amount is calculated using Your Postcode (Installation Postcode)

Installation & Component Costs Include:

• A Pre-Design Property Analysis including on-site inspection & assessment.
• A Standard Commercial Plant installation by a Commercial Solar Specialist who is a member of Q2 Solar’s National Network of licenced & CEC accredited Installers.
• A Customised Plant Design by Q2 Solar Commercial Design Division
• Standard Mounting Kit and Solar Kit Components
• Insurance of all Plant Components during all stages of freight to You.
• Freight, Delivery and Handling Costs including Costs associated with sourcing and collecting the various solar products and Plant Components from Australian and international suppliers and vendors and delivering them to You.
• Storage Costs (Note: Storage is available in the event You wish to purchase now and delay delivery or Installation. The first 12 weeks of storage are free of charge).

This is a Delivery Only Sale (no pick-up).

Note: delivery is not subject to the GraysOnline Shipping Calculator or other GraysOnline delivery terms.

Q2 Solar will co-ordinate with Mainfreight and the vendors/suppliers to arrange delivery dates. As an additional benefit for Buyers of these BUY NOW Items, Q2 Solar will also arrange insurance for the System during delivery.

Standard Installation Offer with STC Discount

A Standard Commercial Plant installation by a Commercial Solar Specialist who is a member of Q2 Solar’s National Network of Clean Energy Council accredited and licensed solar Installers is available to You.

The Standard Installation (and Standard Items) will be provided to You at no additional cost after payment of the Total Price displayed in Calculator (plus GST) and subject to an Installation Contract being entered into between You and the Licensed Installer. The Total Price displayed in the Calculator has already been discounted based on the estimated STCs generated, provided that You are Eligible to receive STCs (Federal Government Solar Credits) from Installation of Your System, and assign the STCs to Q2 Solar.

STC Discount Eligibility

You must meet the following important requirements in order to be eligible for the STC Discount. You should check whether you meet these requirements before purchase.

Requirements for STC Discount Eligibility:

• The owner of the Installation Site must be eligible to receive and assign the STCs arising from the System Installation to Q2 Solar. This means that, amongst other things:
• The owner of the Installation Site must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 18 years or over.
• A solar PV system must not have previously been installed on the property.
• Any Non-Standard Requirements (see below) that make the property unsuitable for Installation must be rectified or addressed by You, prior to Installation.
• The System can only be installed as an on-grid System. Standalone/off-grid System Installations are not available for any Solar Commercial Plants sold in this BUY NOW Sale.

If You do not comply with these requirements, or otherwise aren’t eligible to receive STCs You will not be eligible for the STC Discount and You may be liable for additional costs if you proceed.

Q2 Solar Price Guarantee

Extra Product and/or Service Items (above Standard) may be required due to Your unique property circumstance. For Buyer peace-of-mind, if a Final Invoice Price (including all design customizations by Q2 Solar’s Commercial Design Division) is not within 10% variance from the Total Price as displayed in the Calculator (including Product Items, Installation & Component Costs and Foreseeable Extras as well as GST) the Buyer can elect to cancel the agreement and receive a full refund (after deducting a cancellation fee to cover Q2 Solar’s reasonable estimate of loss associated with services it has rendered prior to the date of cancellation). The Price Guarantee excludes any development application costs.
