Pick up is available once cleared funds are received and you have been issued with a zero-balance owing invoice.

Items must be picked up within 5 workings days from sale close date. (excluding public holidays).

Collection Times: 10:00-15:00, Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays.

Pick up location: Seven Hills, NSW 2147

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

EFT (Direct Deposit)

For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000. Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.
Please ensure to state your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of the remittance to accountsreceivable@grays.com.au
As EFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear, please contact Grays prior to collecting your purchase to confirm receipt of clear funds

Cash, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques are not accepted payment methods.
