This is an Auction Sale. Assets included in this sale may be used, therefore inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Photos and descriptions should be used as a guide only.

Please take care when making a bid as once your bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn and will not be cancelled unless there are exceptional circumstances (as determined by Grays). GST & Buyers Premium

The GST treatment and Buyers Premium allocation for all lots in this auction are identified in the OVERVIEW section above. Where applicable, GST and Buyers Premium are applied to the final bid price and a detailed breakdown is provided on the CONFIRM BID page.

We accept the following methods of Payment:

Credit Card

  • 1.2% surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
  • 0.7% surcharge applies to Debit card transactions
  • 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express transactions
  • 2.5% surcharge applies to Diners/Discover Card transactions
  • No other cards are accepted
  • Invoices totalling less than $10,000 will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
  • Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 can be paid in-person at any Grays office

Online Auction Closing "Going, Going, Gone!"

  • Typically, auctions end at their posted closing time. There are some exceptions to this however, if there are any bids placed on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the auction closing time (the "Going, Going, Gone!" period). It will be extended until there are no more bids placed within ten minutes of the last successful bid.
  • There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Grays work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter an "AUTOBID" that you think will win!

Asset Collection Post Auction

  • Monday to Friday Between 9am & 4:30pm & Saturdays Between 9am & 1pm

Location:

1860 Hume Highway, Campbellfield Vic 3061To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner's e-mail and photo ID. A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process.

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner's e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please Note:

  • Packaging and collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is not available.
  • Any items not collected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned.
  • Items must be inspected before removal from site as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

Delivery Information

For customers organising their own freight carrier to collect pickup items:

  • The carrier MUST bring a copy of your paid invoice.
  • Carriers will be turned away if they do not have a paid copy of your invoice.
  • No refunds will be given due to futile collections for carriers that do not produce a paid invoice.

  • Note that the asset will need to be sent to the nominated address on your invoice. Address details cannot be changed after the fact.
