This is an Auction Sale. Assets included in this sale may be used, therefore inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Photos and descriptions should be used as a guide only.

Please take care when making a bid as once your bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn and will not be cancelled unless there are exceptional circumstances (as determined by Grays). We accept the following methods of Payment:

Credit Card

• 1.2% surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
• 0.7% surcharge applies to Debit card transactions
• 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express transactions
• 2.5% surcharge applies to Diners/Discover Card transactions
• No other cards are accepted
• Invoices totalling less than $10,000 will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
• Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 can be paid in-person at any Grays office

PayPal

• 1.2% surcharge applies to PayPal transactions
• Only accepted for invoices totalling less than $10,000 where elected as your preferred payment method within your account

EFT (Direct Deposit)

• For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000. Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.
• Please ensure to state your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of the remittance to accountsreceivable@grays.com.au
• As EFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear, please contact Grays prior to collecting your purchase to confirm receipt of clear funds

Cash, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques are not accepted payment methods.

• Typically, auctions end at their posted closing time. There are some exceptions to this however, if there are any bids placed on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the auction closing time (the "Going, Going, Gone!" period). It will be extended until there are no more bids placed within ten minutes of the last successful bid.
• There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Grays work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter an "AUTOBID" that you think will win!

Buyers Please Note:

• Grays guarantees that all vehicles/boats/motorbikes (Vehicle(s)) in this sale are sold with clear title, however in this respect note that: Bidders may find when they do perform a PPSR check (highly recommended) in many cases the vehicles do have a security interest registered against them, which will be lifted as soon as the relevant vehicle is sold and monies are cleared in the secured party’s/security holder’s account; and Please allow up to 10 business days for the security interest to be removed.
• Grays staff are onsite for security purpose only, please make sure you have people to help you load your purchases and provide suitable transport.
• Collection can only take place once cleared funds have been received.

Important Notice:

This item is classified as a SECOND and it is sold as SECONDS. With respect to this item, we note that it:•

• may have been used and then returned by a customer of the seller (i.e. a used retail return);•
• may contain defects and/or faults that may make it unrepairable, defective and/or not capable of use for its intended purpose;•
• may not be of acceptable quality or condition; •
• may have marks, scratches, dents, imperfections and/or material defects;•
• may not have undergone any form of testing;•
• the accessories and/or instruction manuals may be missing and/or not included; and•
• is likely to not reflect any photos or images which have been included in this lot description. Noting that any such photos or images are of the product in a ‘new’ condition and not in its current seconds condition.
• For the above reasons, seconds usually reach a significantly lower sales price (compared to their recommended retail price) when sold at auction. Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, a refund will not be issued for any undescribed faults, defects, damage or if the item does not work or is unsuitable for its intended purpose.

• Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods.

To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner's e-mail and photo ID. A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process.

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner's e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please Note:

• Packaging and collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is not available.
• Any items not collected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.
• Items must be inspected before removal from site as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

GraysOnline advises all buyers that all plant offered for sale at auction may not be fit for use in a workplace. Grays will provide:

• Safety information relating to the condition of the item of plant for sale (Plant Hazard Reports)
• Clear identification and marking to identify that the plant item is only suitable for scrap or spare parts
• Site Access, PPE and Removal of Plant requirements are listed under the Inspection and Collection Headings.

Please note:

• Persons under the age of 15 years will not be permitted onsite.
• Tradespeople eg; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence before commencing work on site.
• Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
• It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd staff or their representatives.
• Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
• All power tools and equipment used on this site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
• Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (eg; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc)
• The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8metres.
• Enclosed footwear must be worn onsite – Safety boots may be required at industrial sites.

Note: Dismantling/Decommissioning of some assets in this sale will require a satisfactory Safe Work Method Statement prior to any work taking place onsite.

For customers organising their own freight carrier to collect pickup items:

• The carrier MUST bring a copy of your paid invoice.
• Carriers will be turned away if they do not have a paid copy of your invoice.
• No refunds will be given due to futile collections for carriers that do not produce a paid invoice.
