David Bruer’s favourite Riverland blend, known to many as the ‘Australian blend’. It has been our passion project to introduce an estate-grown, preservative-free, Riverland Cabernet Shiraz Mataro. The acquisition of two sensational Riverland vineyards at Cobdogla and Loxton with phenomenal old vines on loam over clay, river valley soils, meant we finally had suitable fruit available to bring this iconic variety to our range.The cabernet sauvignon brings elegance and lift to the rich, ripe, red fruit flavours and velvety structure of shiraz.

Our philosophy is to produce quality wines that maximise enjoyment and minimise impact.
Temple Bruer was founded back in the 1970’s on the banks of the Angas River. From a small planting of vines to start with, the company now owns three vineyards in different regions within South Australia. With a strong desire to look after the environment the vineyards and winery became certified organic. This means that there are no artificial herbicides, fertilisers or pesticides used at any stage of the growing or winemaking process. Adding to this ethos the company has also become carbon neutral, sequestering all the carbon that it produces.

Asset Collection
This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pick up is available by advance booking only once cleared funds are received. Booking can be made for Monday to Friday collection between 8.30am & 1.30pm (excluding public holidays). Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to pick up date and time.
Collection without a booking is not possible. Please refer to your winner's email for booking information.
Items must be picked up within 10 working days from receipt of payment, or else they may be deemed abandoned.

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your invoice and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays/SKU staff to release your purchases to the third party.
Please note:
- Grays accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
- Items must be inspected before removal from Grays as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
- Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of.
