Malbec is a variety that has been well suited to Langhorne Creek. This is a delightfully friendly medium bodied example with juicy ripe fruit delivered with deliberate understatement. Typical dark fruit characters with a slightly jubey red fruit middle. It’s more medium weight with a nice tannin and oak contribution.

Fruit for this wine was selected from a single premium vineyard in Langhorne Creek, then vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and American and French oak, to highlight the region characteristics. Our Malbec has lifted aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry and spice. The palate is full bodied and bursting with fresh blueberries and soft tannins to finish. A perfect pair for rack of lamb and mint sauce.
