This wine displays aromas of ripe blackcurrant and liquorice complimented by vanillin and mocha characters with an underlying thread of classic blackberry notes typical of the variety.

On the palate this is a distinctive wine that illustrates the dynamic nature of the Casella winemaking team. Guided by traditional winemaking techniques but with a desire to innovate, the team have created this style with the wine-lover in mind – full of flavour and effortless to enjoy.
