Buckets of dark berries and plums drench the palate with dark chocolate, choc mint, dried sage and thyme. From Wrattonbully which is a stone's throw from the famed Coonawarra region, it drives long with an elongated finish highlighted by superfine tannins as it dries out slowly and ever so seductively. Winery Tasting Notes

Deep red with purple hue. Very aromatic nose full of violets, satsuma plums and rich blackberry. The palate is plush and full bodied with the Merlot showing through as blueberry and black currant fruits. The sweet fruit is well supported by the Cabernet tannin and acid along with the dark chocolate edge from the oak. This vibrant, fresh wine will continue to delight over many years.
